No accounts, no login, no email capture
RemotePayIndex has no login wall, no gated content, and no email signup anywhere on the site, including the cost calculator. We don't collect names, email addresses, or any account information, because there are no accounts.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure traffic — page views, referrers, and approximate visit counts. It's a cookieless, privacy-first analytics product: it doesn't use tracking cookies or persistent client-side identifiers, and it doesn't fingerprint individual visitors across sites. We use this data in aggregate to understand which pages get traffic, not to identify or track individual people.

Links to Employer of Record providers (Deel, Remote, Oyster, Multiplier) route through /api/go/{partner} on our own domain before redirecting to the provider's site. This lets us measure which pages and providers get clicked, using the same aggregate, non-identifying approach described above — it does not involve setting a tracking cookie on your browser or following you after you leave our site. If you click one of these links and later sign up with that provider, we may receive a referral commission at no cost to you.
Data figures are estimates
Salary, tax, and compliance figures shown on the site are automated market estimates compiled from public salary surveys and statutory tax guides. They are not formal legal, tax, or payroll advice — see the disclaimer in the footer on every page.
